Your Tasks:

  • Contact person for Lesara customers via telephone or email
  • Deal with questions regarding products, shipment and returns, payment and other customer requests
  • Receive, reply and forward support inquiries internally or to partners
  • Independent solution of issues 
  • Making your own customer-centric decisions (following Lesara’s processes and company guidelines)
  • Maintain customer data in CRM system
  • Additional tasks related to customer service

Your Profile:

  • Previous work experience in customer service is a plus
  • Experience with the tools Zendesk and/or Magento is a plus
  • Team player, good communication skills, service-oriented   
  • High social competence     
  • Native Dutch, French, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish speaker
  • Good knowledge of English or German as basic language withing the company
  • Speaking any of these languages proficiently is a plus: Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or French
  • Flexible and highly motivated
