DevOps Engineer/Systems Engineer (m/f)

Description

• Maintain and streamline the server infrastructure that powers our shop and internal services
• Work closely together with our Dev-Teams and provide tools that improve workflows within the Lesara Engineering
• Discover new technologies and methodologies such as automation tools, services for CI and CD, storage mechanisms and high availability

• Professional experience in at least one high-level programming language
• Extensive knowledge of Linux and GNU utils
• Experience with Orchestration and Automation Tools like Chef, Ansible or Puppet
• Good understanding of networking and firewalling
• You are eager to explore new technologies and are not afraid to work with complex deployments
• Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS or GCP as well as Bare-Metal Servers
• You deeply care about clean, simple and beautiful solutions
• You are very concerned about security and constantly work on improving it
• You don't just complain; you take action to change it
• Fluent in English as we are an international team

• Versatile tech stack with Chef, nginx, HAProxy, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis and RabbitMQ as the core components which handles millions of requests
