Description
Your Tasks:- Work together with our CRM team to create a comprehensive newsletter strategy to maximize retention and customer loyalty of our 3+ million customers
- Planning, execution and optimization of newsletters: From building test campaigns, verifying content, testing templates for responsiveness and device compatibility to assessing spam risks - you ensure the email campaigns are a success
- Maintain the CRM data and develop segmentation strategies
- Setup and implement A/B test hypothesis and tests in order to continuously optimize campaign content and format
- Regular preparation and analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of recommendations for actions
- Work closely with Design & Content teams
Your Profile:
- University degree in economics or related field
- Ideally 1 year of professional experience in the field of CRM / Email Marketing
- Strong interest in innovative developments in online marketing and internet and good networking in the industry
- Outstanding analytical and strategical mindset
- Communicative nature and hands-on mentality
- Proactive working style, enthusiastic and the will to create something
- Fluent in English
