Your Tasks:

Responsible for developing teams and organising work processes of the new logistics company: Lesara Logistics SE
To achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, as well as compile reports and communicate findings to management teams in Berlin
Managing the processing of internal goods traffic (good receipts,distribution center management, commissioning, distribution etc.)
Monitoring the budgeting across accounting and human resources of Legal Entity Logistics SE
Maintaining high quality standards and aiding the continuous improvement of logistics processes in close collaboration with operations and process managers
Being responsible for approximately 160 employees in a rapidly growing business
Personnel management and organising safety checks

Your Profile:

Several years of experience in a managerial position within logistics, preferably as Head of distribution center
Completed studies in business administration, logistics or similar
Sound knowledge of a range of logistic processes
Experience using MS-Office programmes, warehouse and management software, warehouse technology and ERP system functions
Confident communication in German and English
