Merchandise Manager (m/f)

Description

• Be responsible for your own product category
• Source new goods that adhere to trends, quality, and optimal price points for the Lesara customers   
• Observe the competition and trends in order to optimize the variety as well as the brands and prices  
• Organize deliveries and work closely with the operations team          
• Continual improvement of the product strategy and sourcing plan through analysis of weekly sales statistics together with the management team        
• Build supplier network at home and abroad through communication via Email, telephone, as well as national and international exhibition visits

• At least 2 years work experience in buying        
• A high affinity for numbers and a strong analytical and conceptual ability      
• Excellent grasp of target group related trends              
• Enjoys networking, bargaining and is passionate about buying        
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel          
• Proactive and enthusiastic, with a will to take ownership and create something        
• Business fluent in German and English
