Description
Your Tasks:- Work independently as product owner for our Lesara online store in all 23 countries
- Improve user experience with a strong focus on product usability for our website & mobile apps
- Manage and monitor daily business level of competitive analysis, A/B testing, roadmap execution, use-case development and coordination & supervision of product implementation, advocate product decisions, develop the product vision and strategy
- Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase on-site conversion rates
- Implement and analyze conversion optimization tests
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in economics, informatics, or a similar field is desired, but not a necessity
- Knowledge in UX, design and usability
- An analytic mindset, problem-solving working style and an assertive personality
- Proficient in English
- Optional: experience with A/B and multivariate testing and respective tools as well as knowledge of the current Web-Standards (e.g. HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery)
