Description
Your Tasks:- Partner with our Engineering team to deeply understand and anticipate the hiring needs
- Drive innovative recruiting methods to engage with tech talent
- Showcase Lesara as the place to work for the best tech talent worldwide
- Own the end-to-end recruiting processes for the engineering roles in our Berlin office
- Increase efficiency through measurement, optimization, & reporting of HR KPIs
Your Profile:
- Passion for technology: you understand the lingo and know how different technologies relate to each other
- Analytical mindset: You have a data-driven approach to recruiting and are accustomed to working in an environment where KPIs are closely monitored
- Closer: You thrive on the feeling of finding the perfect person for a position and you have a proven track record of your successes
- Team spirit: Your pride for the company you work for never fades. If you don't like something, you don't complain about it but you work to change it.
- Self-motivator: You don't need a pat on the back every time you accomplish something. Humility, upbeat and hardworking are your core traits and you are excited to bring a company to the next level.
- Requirements: 2+ years technical recruiting experience, a strong network within the Berlin tech scene and fluent English
