• Supporting the planning and opening of our first offline store in Alexa: The Lesara -made by you- Store offers a completely new shopping experience, where customers decide on the product range in the store!
• Structure & training of the team
• Management of employee work schedules
• Budget administration
• Shop maintenance
• Sales and goods management
• Visual merchandising
• Comprehensive and friendly support and care of our customers

• Completed vocational training in retail and / or comparable work experience
• Fluent in German
• Basic knowledge of English
• Affinity for fashion and lifestyle products
• Ability to communicate and with a positive attitude
• Takes initiative and has a strong sense of commitment
• Service and customer oriented
• Driver's license (class B) is an added advantage

• Taking on primary responsibility for the very first Lesara store
• Active participation in exciting e-commerce projects & a new store concept
• An exciting and broad area of responsibility with a high degree of creative freedom
