Description
Your Tasks:- Responsible for the timely and accurate collection, reporting and analysis of all onsite and in-app data
- Use quantitative methods and tools including A/B testing and basic modelling to analyze and optimize our onsite experience as well as evaluate new features and design changes
- Liaise with the product, marketing, and merchandising teams to foster a common understanding of how users interact with our shop and our products
- Research and recommend tools and techniques to stay up to date with latest industry trends in digital analytics
- Generate insights and recommendations and present these to senior management
Your Profile:
- University degree in economics or degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of digital analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Webtrekk or Adobe Analytics, experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Proficient using Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of the technical foundations of web/app tracking (cookies, pixels, URL- parameters)
- Knowledge of SQL and accessing databases (ideally BigQuery) is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive working style, enthusiastic and the will to create and innovate
- Fluent in English
