The portfolio includes dynamic online solutions, integrated feeds and API’s and enhanced due diligence reports. With an increasing compliance demand, the diversity of the EMEA market to reach and the new demand for flexible and easy to implement compliance solutions, this role will be instrumental in our ongoing growth into 2018 and beyond.

The Role Overview:

The EMEA ARI team are based in the London office but with prospects and client base both across the UK and Europe. This is very much a role that needs both office and face to face interactions. The Client Development Manager hybrid role consists of 2 main responsibilities; on one side, collaborating with Head of Sales to ensure GTM strategy and markets analytics are structured and developed in a very wide territory, the UK and all new markets in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. On the other side, the candidate would also be responsible for renewals of clients - mainly in the UK, Ireland and Channels Islands - closely collaborating with the wider new business sales team. The Client Development Manager will be responsible for running their own renewal portfolio of clients as their own business, with the support of the new business team from the account knowledge perspective, and also the relationship team, from a process and training perspective.

Job Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated record of success in working in customer support / assistance, within Risk and Compliance. A successful candidate will have engaged with the following professionals, CTO, CIO, MLRO’s, Head of Compliance, Risk or Fraud.
  • An understanding of the issues and challenges faced by organisations in identifying and mitigating AML, fraud and compliance solutions, services in regulated market.
  • Ability to run retention campaigns to client base in collaboration with the Customer Success team
  • A commercial DNA and acumen. The passion to assist and provide excellent customer support is adamant
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Salesforce (CRM)
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail for market analysis, sales analytics and GTM strategies development
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills & comfortable communicating at all levels in an organization.
  • Educated to a degree level or proven experience and solid achievements in the sector (Finance / Payment / Compliance preferred)
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a real team player

Key responsibilities include:

  • Structured methodical and hands-on approach to managing renewal portfolio, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Highly self-motivated and driven, showing an entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • Highly instrumental in collaborating with Head of EMEA for sales analytics and GTM strategies
  • Be able to successfully increase retention rate & therefore ensuring cross sell and upsell opportunities for the new business team

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of EMEA C6, with dotted reporting line to Head of Customer Success and Head of Direct Sales.
