Job description:

As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for the day to day support and training of a portion of Perfect Information’s client base in the EMEA region.  Working alongside the sales team to grow and develop the customer base to secure renewals and increase revenues.  This will require travel within Europe to increase the footprint within the existing client base as well as assisting the sales team with any new business opportunities.

The role provides an ideal opportunity for individuals wishing to develop their client management skills and gain an insight into the world of Investment Banking, Corporate Law and Professional Services. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver tailored client training in the form of training sessions delivered on a one-to-one or group basis, on-site or remotely via WebEx along with relevant training materials and handouts
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations, presentations and trial management
  • Analyse product usage to understand user behaviour to plan and implement training and stimulus programs
  • Gather intelligence for Perfect Information’s Customer Value Bank (CVB) obtained during client meetings from feedback and a detailed understanding of how the products fit within the different client types and job roles
  • Work closely with the global RM and Sales teams to identify and prioritise activity in line with account plans, objectives, renewals and additional revenue opportunities or threats
  • Establish and maintain a network of key relationships; including key contacts and end users
  • Prepare and update regular reports and other documentation on activities and customer feedback/intelligence using established formats and procedures

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in a client facing role with presentation/training experience within the financial and/or legal sector preferred
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive and creative approach to looking after the needs and concerns of customers
  • Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, be able to work unsupervised, to plan and prioritise activities and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the information industry particularly in the area of investment banking and legal clients is desirable
