miscusi is an italian food retail that serves quality and affordable "fresh pasta" dishes in a joyful and inclusive environment. We are a "grande famiglia" with already three restaurant in Milan that we call "home". We will be rolling out up to 10 new stores in Italy within the end of 2019 and start planning Europe expansion. To keep on improving our growth strategy we need a Food Retail Trainer.Purpose
Facilitate training and qualification processes for miscusi according to business guidelines to meet performance criteria and maximize results.
Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each of the following essential functions and responsibilities satisfactorily.
Animate in-store high-impact training interventions and deliver individual bespoke coaching sessions, constantly modelling themselves as a leading example of excellence.
Provide collective and one-to-one coaching interventions, both on the job and off the floor.
Deliver coaching and training activities to crew and brigata teams, giving one-to-one constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure a consistent customer and operational focus and inspire the teams to deliver results.
Supports the delivery of new stores’ onboarding training program.
Supports the delivery of new starters’ onboarding programme, monitoring their training and development throughout 15-30 days induction period.
Actively plan and manage their stores’ training calendars and training administration processes.
Requirements
Previous experience (3-5 years) in food & beverage companies
Ability to drive business and exceptional service culture through training and coaching of store teams
Proven track record with people development and in building productive internal or external relationships
Excellent listening and observation skills
Must possess a true passion for elevated service and the client experience
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas and speak in small and large group settings
Excellent organizational skills; effective time-management skills
Ability to manage details, deadlines and balancing multiple priorities
