Miscusi comes from the struggle of Alberto Cartasegna and Filippo Mottolese to find a “real” pasta in many trips around the world. They are young entrepreneurs with Finance and Economics backgrounds who decided to quit their jobs and start a new challenge. They travelled around Europe and Italy visiting pasta labs and in February 2017 miscusi #1 opened in Cinque Giornate, Milan. The awesome response brought us to open a new restaurant near Centrale Station. Four investors are supporting the project and more than 50 people are currently working at miscusi. Read more
