For our Headquarter in Milan we are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who will join our Marketing & Communication Department, directly reporting to the Digital Communication Manager.
We are looking for someone who is confident with web marketing tools, loves big data, is curious to identify ways to track the digital experiences and explore and unveil insights to create a business story and reporting to impact key business decisions.
Provide guidance to marketing communication and business teams through the analysis of Digital Marketing KPIs (traffic sources, conversion rate, …);
Implement data models and structures, defining metrics to measure the success of the initiatives and to gather insights for learning and continuous improvement;
Suggest advertising and technology investments;
Perform data analysis through the Digital Properties to inform the marketing team on which channels are working to improve online marketing (Moleskine Website, Instagram, Facebook, ecc.);
Cluster Moleskine website and pages visitors, identifying their habits and interests;
3+ years of experience in digital marketing area in an analytics role
Passionate about mobile and Digital Media landscape
Strong analytical mindset
Working knowledge of Google AdWords/ Google Analytics (Certification will be considerate a plus)
Proficient of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required
