SALES TEAM LEADER FRANCE (m/f)


As a startup in an industry that is currently struggling to modernise and with services that experience increasing demand, we aim to grow our team with the sharpest talent we can find. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Sales Team Leader (m/f) within our French team to start right away.



Your responsibilities :


  • Managing and leading a team of 8-10 sales representatives
  • Holding responsibility for an annual revenue target of EUR 7-10mn
  • Driving sales performance through coaching of team members and analytics
  • Achieving and surpassing weekly and monthly targets and goals
  • Conducting daily coachings and weekly feedback sessions with all team members
  • Implementing new processes and tools to drive sales performance through innovation
  • Leading by example through calling clients and closing deals on your own
  • Cooperating closely with the senior leadership to improve our sales operations & processes

Your profile :


  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in sales, ideally telephone-acquisition.
  • You have 2 years experience in managing a highly successful and talented sales team and you like to take over responsibility
  • You have experience in start-ups, high-growth companies and/or a clearly articulated passion for entrepreneurial environments
  • You are goal oriented, with a track record of over achievement (consistently beating targets, President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • You have a passion for sales and you are always setting the right note
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a hands-on-mentality and a high perception
  • You have proven analytical abilities, knowing how to use and interpret CRM data to drive better performance
  • You are enthusiastic, competitive, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
  • You can deal in a friendly manner both with coworkers and clients
  • You possess excellent web and computer skills: MS Office, Salesforce.com desirable
  • You possess excellent French skills (both spoken and written)
