We are looking for an enthusiastic Help Desk Specialist to join our internal team in Milan’s HQ.Responsibilities:
- Mantain and update Musement devices and hardware
- Mantain operational the network of the offices
- keep Musement employees always operative fixing their IT problems
- Interact with our office manager to suggest the best technologies to buy for the employees workstations
Requirements:
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues(Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Base knowledge of networking (vlan, ipsec, dns, dhcp)
- Base knowledge of Linux Environment (Ubuntu)
- Base knowledge of AWS
