We are looking for an enthusiastic Help Desk Specialist to join our internal team in Milan’s HQ. 

Responsibilities:

  • Mantain and update Musement devices and hardware
  • Mantain operational the network of the offices
  • keep Musement employees always operative fixing their IT problems
  • Interact with our office manager to suggest the best technologies to buy for the employees workstations

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues(Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Base knowledge of networking (vlan, ipsec, dns, dhcp)
  • Base knowledge of Linux Environment (Ubuntu)
  • Base knowledge of AWS
