The Ticketing Sales Account Specialist is the primary point of contact for clients of Musement in Food&Wine, Culture and Live entertainment. Core responsibilities include acquiring new clients and increasing the value of our current customers, serving as the internal “expert” on the clients: understand their business challenges/opportunities, how to navigate their organizations and what solutions Musement can offer, and providing exceptional customer service. This role receives support in the delivery of these solutions from business development, marketing, customer service and operations teams.
The ideal candidate excels at building deep relationships while effectively managing both client expectations and internal teams supporting client deliverables.
WHAT you will do
- defining main sales strategies for achieving the targets
- professional interaction with management personnel, clients of all levels
- lead calls and meetings with clients
- strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences
- the ability to manage many projects across multiple clients simultaneously
- an understanding of ticketing channels and strategies
- an ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure, and ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner
- support the monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
- excellent organizational skills
- sales aptitude
What you have already achieved
- Cultural Heritage Management, Marketing and Comunication or similar academic background
- IT literacy essential – Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Italian
Your behaviours!
The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales (ticketing software a plus). The ability to communicate with respect and diplomacy across all levels of business, a positive attitude to change and a willingness to learn and maintaining knowledge of current ticketing trends in entertainment industry are essential elements to this position.
Travel may be required.
