YOUR ROLE
- You assume responsibility for the development and improvement of procedures within the N26 banking ecosystem
- You understand banking tools and processes and are able to automate and optimize them
- You analyse data to gain a deeper understanding of the products under your responsibility with the view to monitor their performance and keep track of SLA’s with existing and potential partners
- Beginning with your first day, you assume responsibility for ongoing procedural topics in relation to our current account and banking platform that you complete precisely, flawlessly and diligently
- You autonomously negotiate contracts for co-operations with service providers, supervise their execution and monitor SLA's
- You are responsible to manage and maintain the relationships to our partners
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in the operational area of a startup, practical experience in the area of FinTech, tech industry, consulting, and/or investment banking with a proven track record on operational excellence and/or process automation
- You have exhibited an interest in technology and innovation.
- You are interested in understanding and deepening your knowledge of the banking business
- You possess deep knowledge of some of the following banking processes: Cards, Bank Payments, Mobile Payments, Account, Core Banking Systems
- You have some international experience (study or work abroad) and thrive in a multicultural environment
- You enjoy implementing and optimising complex processes as the foundation of your work
- Project management is your strength and you enjoy interacting with various stakeholders
- You approach new topics and challenges independently and proactively
- You have a hands-on mentality and an execution-focused work ethic
- You operate well under stress, even faced with tight timelines for ambitious deliverables
- You have graduated with honors from a university with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- You have excellent English language skills. Additional languages are a plus.
