Once Here You Will
  • Take operational control of your team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Define workflows and ensure compliance with the processes in your team
  • Manage your team’s performance by generating and analyzing reports and key figures
  • Participate in new hirings and in charge of planning the upcoming needs
  • Guide and develop your team and work closely with the coaches
  • Collect feedback from our customers and transfer it effective
  • Stay up to date with interdepartmental news and changes
What You Will Bring Along
  • Bachelor degree/completed apprenticeship + 2 years professional experience in customer service in an internet company environment
  • You are entrepreneurially and customer-oriented
  • You work well in a fast pace envrionment independently and also in a team
  • You love direct contact with customers and focus on customer-oriented solutions
  • You speak fluent English, any other major European language (German/Italian, French/Spanish) is a plus
  • You are reliable and punctual
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus (e.g. Salesforce)

What you need to know
  • As a Customer Service Teamlead you will look after a team of around 12-15 specialists
  • Our teams are mixed and non country specific. You will look after a team consisting of native speakers of our five main European languages
  • Our Customer Service team is just based in Berlin, at our Kudamm office.
  • We do work in shifts, but we do not currently offer 24/7 or a Sunday service

  • We currently operate in 24 markets with 5 core markets (Germany/ Austria, France, Spain, Italy and the UK)
