Your Role
- Safeguarding and improving a diverse and inclusive engineering culture focused on the continuous delivery of value
- Improving the recruitment process to continuously hire and retain outstanding people
- Continuously improving the product development process flow involving other key business stakeholders
- Actively developing and building leadership and managerial skills of people
- Building a continuous feedback culture
- Collaborating with the CTO on identifying new roles and capabilities
- Aligning opportunities to grow people and have more impact with organisational goals
- Managing and growing Engineering Managers
- Ensuring there is enough development capacity to address the technical roadmap
- Working alongside Principal Engineers and Head of Operations to build a systems-oriented engineering culture and DevOps practice
We have a Micro-Services architecture that includes REST APIs, Queues (AWS SQS), Streams (AWS Kinesis), RDBMS (AWS RDS), NoSQL (AWS DynamoDB and AWS ElasticCache) and Data Warehouse (AWS Redshift), among others.
