As N26’s Head of Content, you will lead our editorial team and spearhead global content production at N26. You are a talented editor, passionate storyteller, and sharp copywriter rolled up into one, with a keen eye for measurement to boot.




Once here you will
  • Develop and guide a global multi-channel content direction for N26; with the right target audience and messaging in relation to their journey across the whole customer funnel
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire a growing team of talented content writers, editors and strategists
  • Ensure the content strategy is fulfilled and leveraged across all relevant channels and markets to its fullest potential, with shared purpose and common goals
  • Track results against defined KPIs and update key stakeholders, ensuring a cross-channel feedback loop
  • Research features and stories that will resonate with N26 audiences and align with our brand and channel tone of voice
  • Review pitches, submissions, and ideas from internal contributors and agencies
  • Review, proofread, and edit copy from internal contributors and agencies
  • Work with the Design team and agencies to create visual content, including but not limited to video, photography and infographics
  • Manage the assets demand and delivery from the design team in the different formats (images, illustrations, video, infographics) requested from the different departments
  • Work in close collaboration with PR, CS and the People team to ensure there is an aligned content vision across key messages, milestones, and execution across all parts of the business
What you will bring along
  • 10+ years experience with progressive responsibility in digital content marketing, with at least 3 years experience leading and managing a team with international presence
  • Deep, substantive understanding of all marketing channels and content formats
  • Knowledge of the main quantitative metrics to assess the impact of content
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
  • Significant experience in setting up a content generation methodology. Experience in financial services or lifestyle content is helpful but not necessary
  • Experience and familiarity with SEO and multi-channel content strategy and production
  • Fluency in English and, ideally, a good command of at least one other core N26 language: German, Italian, French or Spanish
