Our recruiting team at N26 is currently shifting its focus from successful hypergrowth to scalability and sustainability. We are a team of 29 high-performing recruiting partners that cover areas spanning tech, business and high volume recruiting. We are looking for a Head of European Recruiting who can take this team to the next level and build an award winning TA function. 

This role reports directly into the Global Director of Recruiting and you will be working alongside colleagues from Leadership Recruiting, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Future Talent and Operational Excellence. This role will lead the Tech, Business and Operations recruiting functions across Europe.

Lead: Lead, coach and develop a team of talented recruiters while enabling them to become talent experts, advisors and partners to the business. You will rally the team to your recruitment vision to build a world class recruitment experience while helping remove obstacles and empowering them to work independently. And most importantly - you will help the team find a career path and not just a job.

Partner: Become a strategic business partner for business leader to align company vision with Recruiting vision and advise and guide the business with market intel and relevant data. You will also partner with internal stakeholders like People Analytics, Global Recruitment counterparts, Candidate Experience, People Tech and Employer branding teams to create and implement a cohesive recruiting experience. We need someone with strong stakeholder management skills

Deliver: Define and implement the recruitment European roadmap. You will also set-up the team KPI’s and focus on ways to improve efficiency as well as making the numbers. Also guide your team on how to use analytical inputs to their advantage.

Improve : You are responsible for continuously reviewing and improving our recruitment processes to ensure they are agile, scalable and best-in-class in consultation with your team.

What you will bring along

• 10+ years’ experience in Recruitment Leadership (preferably across both Tech and Business) and previous expertise with hands on recruiting 
• Ability to operate effectively and adapt to a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company
• Analytical skills for data insights while partnering with in-house analytics teams to tackle tough business challenges
• Capacity to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately for maximizing business impact
• The knowledge to build, manage and inspire high performing teams with your sound leadership capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multicultural environment
• University degree in a people or tech-related subject (e.g. engineering, economics, business)
