Once here you will
We are looking for an experienced AML specialist to head up our International AML for our European territories. You will be responsible for sourcing, establishing and evaluating our AML/CFT guidelines and risk analysis at a group level. Leading a team of, and working closely with, a team of AML specialists from different European jurisdictions - you will ensure that we are supporting regulatory compliance in each of European branches. You will be the heartbeat of our AML department looking after everything from our operative monitoring system, to our controls and reporting on relevant activities and security. You will also manage all requests from both internal and external auditors, and handle this ongoing relationship.
What you’ll bring along
As an AML professional you will have significant experience in AML/CFT at a group level, in either a financial institution or consultancy. This will be supported by an academic background in law, banking, economics or another related field. You are an extraordinary communicator, with a fluent command of both the English and German language and further European languages would be helpful. Implementing processes and grappling with new topics and challenges head on is what you come to work for, which makes you a natural problem solver. This strength of yours is further supported by a stress resistant nature, the ability to work in a team and the desire to have a tangible impact on our business' success.
