Once here you will
- Lead a team of 10+ analysts and SMEs within KYC back office, areas including escalation, verifications, fraud, documents acceptance, vendor specific engagement, international markets and more
- Improving our current processes, policies and workflow
- Performance manage and workload distribution within team
- Develop team members into SMEs in specific KYC expertise (such as fraud, compliance, training...etc)
- 2+ years’ team leading experience required, operational banking background preferred
- Excellent understanding of retail banking products, processes and policies in KYC related area
- Experience in process optimisation strongly preferred
- Autonomous and proactive mindset, strong problem solving abilities
- Stakeholder management experience
- Great communication skills - Fluency English a must, Spanish a plus
- High degree of autonomy
- Working with international, highly engaged peers
