Once here you will
As a KYC-specialist you take verification video-calls with our future customers. You are the first contact point for new N26 users and in most cases the only face the customers will ever get to see. You will represent N26. After an internal training, you verify the customer's identities and check their ID-documents. With this, you protect the Bank against fraudsters of all kinds and support directly the AML-department of N26. In this role you will also give our customers first information about their new account and the included features. You will ensure with professionalism and kindness, to achieve the happiness of our customers.
What you will bring along
• You have great communication skills and enjoy having direct contact with customers.
• Working proficiency in English and either French, German, Spanish or Italian.
• Friendly energetic personality, genuinely interested in helping people (experience in service industry is a big plus)
• Goal-oriented mentality and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Deep understanding of N26 products, good track-record of / ability to cross-sell.
• Experienced user of MS Office, Salesforce is a plus.
• You are reliable and punctual.
