- Have the great opportunity to support all projects and initiatives within the Brazilian team
- Work closely with the Market Expansion Lead Brazil to define and implement the project management standards and processes in an agile and innovative environment
- Plan creation, management and control using standard Project Management Tools. This involves setting up plans, tracking actual progress, and reporting variances
- Set deadlines and support the delegation of various deliverables so that each project can hit the ground running with minimal wasted time and resources
- Production of status reports for weekly management meetings and executive management meetings to facilitate fact-based decision making
- Day-to-day management of various project control processes, including deliverable configuration management, issue and risk management, scope/change control, resource management, process automation and quality management including the application of outputs from these processes to improve project and programme performance.

- An innovative mind and a strong hands-on mentality with a focus on execution, and high motivation to take an active role in the Brazilian team
- Great interpersonal skills, performs well under pressure and can juggle several different projects and responsibilities with ease and composure
- The ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture
- At least 2 years of Program and Project Management and have knowledge about agile frameworks, approaches and principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese
- A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering or other relevant discipline
