Once here you will
- Project manage and act as subject matter expert in chosen KYC related topics (vendor management, training, fraud...etc)
- Stand-in for team leads for final decision in fraud
- Support AML and other operational departments
- Mentor junior associates
- Deliver a professional and pleasant experience to our customers around the world
- 3 years’ in KYC/fraud prevention OR completed banking apprentice required
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages required - Spanish, French, German or Italian
- Project management experience a big plus
- Good understanding of N26 products, ability to work with cross functional stakeholders
- Experienced user of MS Office, Salesforce is a plus
- High degree of autonomy
- Working with international, highly engaged peers
