Once here you will?
- You will work on our strategic initiatives to automate our services, introduce Artificial Intelligence, digitalize our processes
- You will work directly with the Head of Customer Service and C-level
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, chat or email
- You will collect customer feedback and redirect it internally in order to improve our user-facing processes
- You will be friendly and competent to make sure our customers are satisfied
- You are friendly, communicative and love client contact
- You possess strong analytic and quantitative skills
- You are fluent in English and in an additional language
- At best, you have already worked in the financial services industry (FinTech, banking)
- You are self-confident, emphatic and creative
