Your Role
- Coordinating with recruiters, candidates and senior leadership across the bank, you will schedule high-level interviews for Head of and Director positions including interview arrangement, travel and accommodation.
Manage our recruitment advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc), ensuring job postings are kept up to date and job ads are optimized to source quality candidates.
Assist our talent sourcers with market mapping exercises, creating presentations for stakeholders with exercise results.
Other recruitment and sourcing admin activities when required.
