You will be responsible for……

• booking and ensuring of supplier's invoices and proper accounting of trade payables and reconciliation of the suppliers' ledgers;
• supporting the Manager in periodic (monthly & quarterly) reporting and in preparation of the Statutory financial statements;
• checking the VAT registers, VAT settlement and tax fulfilments;
• supporting for preparation of Intrastat declarations;
• managing reconciliation of the accounts and related analysis;
• managing of mandatory books;
• supporting with Auditors during periodic check;

You...

• Degree in Ecconomy and Business Administration or similar;
• Good in English. Any additional language is a Plus;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word);
• professional experience in particular in Consulting Office;
• Passion for figures and precision!
