  We are looking for a motivated, brave and passionate person to join our People Team in Rome who will report to the People Director and will also work closely with other members of the team.

The role of the HR Business Partner at Neomobile implies an effective support to the business growth through people recruitment, development, relation management & support, engagement as well as a deep involvement in the organization evolution with its processes and culture. He acts as a change agent for supporting company strategy. A successful HRBP is able to use excellent communication and influencing skills to maintain a positive climate and to drive employee engagement to retain motivated and high skilled people that contribute in creating value for the Company.

Main responsibilities:

• Recruiting & Selection
• Employee relations and engagement (including people onboarding);
• Performance Management process and people development
• Talent Management
• Support to Organization Development: Team Reorganization and Job/Country Rotation;
• Support for HR Admin flows and Payroll, Immigration and Safety.
• Support on Labor Law compliance: employee relations, administration support.

You:

• Have a degree (or equivalent), while a Master in Human Resources will be considered as plus;
• Have previous experience in Human Resources Management (at least 5-7 years, preferably in digital environment);
• Have experience in managing projects;
• Are quick and effective;
• Know English fluently;
• Know the business of the company and its industry;
• Have excellent communication skills and capability to live in international environment;
