SEM, Social and Programmatic Manager

Description

We are seeking a strategic thinker that is commercially driven and obsessed with finding new innovative ways of acquiring customers.

You will be responsible to drive online acquisition strategy across SEM, Programmatic and social media to attract, delight and acquire new customers for us and our clients

You will be responsible to...

• Deliver an innovative online acquisition strategy/roadmap to grow top of the funnel traffic & conversions to reach our ambitious growth targets.
• Work closely with our internal and external clients to expand & optimize our SEM, programmatic, and social media campaigns for both desktop & mobile users (mainly mobile).
• Refine our bidding and targeting tactics to take full advantage of customer trends and niche opportunities.
• Prepare & maintain weekly traffic, engagement and conversion forecasts broken down by channel.
• Define & execute frequent strategic A/B tests based on customer data, campaign results and analytics data to improve the end-to-end mobile experience and increase conversions.
• Work with the design team, marketing managers and developers to deliver new creatives assets for campaigns (banners, landing pages, etc.).

You…

• Have 3+ years of experience managing an ecommerce site and full-spectrum paid media campaigns.
• Have experience of running & optimizing integrated online campaigns and sales promotions.
• Earned experience in forecasting accurate digital targets based on seasonality and online trends.
• Have got highly analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets from various sources to generate clear insights with actionable recommendations.
• Have excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, Programmatic, mobile marketing, affiliates, campaign tracking and digital optimization best practices.
• Are comfortable with using complex data analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities.
