The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Trade Marketing Producer to join our growing marketing team in Portland, OR. With 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and marketing, you will work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, Designers and Field Sales Team to execute trade marketing initiatives with On’s retail partners. Projects will range from in-store shop-in-shops, merchandising, digital marketing asset support, and more.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owns the setup of in-store displays and fixtures with retailers across the US and Canada
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and installers to ensure premium execution of On branded POS displays
  • Works closely with design team to concept custom and standard windows, walls and special store space designs in order to achieve sell-thru goals
  • Manages 50% of North American trade budget
  • Maintains excellent relationships with On’s retailers to secure more space in-store to elevate the fastest growing brand in run specialty

    The Opportunity

    Our Global Talent (HR) team is expanding with the huge growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team based in our PDX headquarters! You will have the opportunity to help shape On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics.     Responsibilities

  • Coordinates recruitment and interview process including screening incoming resumes and making recommendations to hiring managers on qualified applicants.

    Happiness Delivery Intern – Business to Consumer (B2C)   As an intern with the On B2C Customer Service team, your number one job is to ensure On customers are happy! Part of your goal is to help us become the best sports retailer in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for our direct web shop customers and responsible for inquiries via a variety of channels. With each case you handle, you will aim to WOW our customers and will always strive to find a customized solution. With your experience in the sporting goods industry, you will bring the necessary expertise in running shoes and apparel and can competently advise, help, and direct our customers with a smile.    You will work with a core team at our North American HQ in Portland, Oregon and interact daily with our global Happiness Delivery teams in Europe, Australia, Brazil, and Japan. During your work day, you will work with our CRM systems to assist our customers with their needs.   Key responsibilities include: 
  • Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers and resolving every situation with a WOW factor 
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously - supporting the Happiness Delivery team with various daily responsibilities  
  • Process web shop orders/exchanges/returns/warranty claims in Salesforce

    Job purpose :
    The Opportunity

    On is looking for a CRM Lead who is highly organized, data- and an execution-driven team player with a desire to work in a fast-growing company. The role will partner cross-functionally with Brand Design, the Acquisition, Digital Product as well as Data Science. The CRM Lead will be responsible for developing a lifecylce marketing strategy together with the Retention Team by leveraging CRM channels and shaping On’s technical infrastructure to create an outstanding and long-term oriented customer experience.

    The Team

    As you might expect from a running brand, the E-Commerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?

    Key responsibilities include
  • Lead development and execution of end-to-end CRM strategies to convert new users to first order, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle
  • Manage manual marketing emails from creative brief to execution to ensure delivery against business goals
  • Challenge the current status quo in CRM from a technical and tactical point of view
  • Act as a key partner and lead for the Retention team and as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert
  • Leverage marketing automation tools together with the team to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention and acquisition
  • Oversee, enable and track lead generation initiatives growing our database
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns / communications and steer the team around performance

  • A track record of business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across CRM (from automation to big volume marketing pushes)

  • Ideally, prior experience with Salesforce and having had insight into different Email providers, CRM tools, and advanced in connecting and exploring different data sources and their visualization within tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Basic HTML/CSS and SQL coding experience. Not a must, but willing to learn to troubleshoot layout issues as well as run SQL queries for segmented campaigns
  • Excellent project management, prioritization and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution of simultaneous projects and activities
  •  A self-starting attitude, ready to embrace opportunities to make an impact
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
