We are a team of graphic- , retail- ,  digital designers and art directors. Everyday we work on making On’s visual language even better than the day before. We design our visual communication in the same way our shoes are made: with a total attention to detail and focus on function. • You will execute On’s visual output in our digital marketing channels, by creating an exciting, engaging, and interactive digital experience for our customers
• You will work with animations, motion graphics and other moving output
• You will be responsible for the postproduction and retouch of different digital outputs like photos, newsletters, digital campaigns and movies
• You will be expected to plan, shoot/film, and edit high quality video content and photography

• Degree in design
• Know how in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop. You also know your way around Illustrator to create graphics and you’re open to working with programs such as Sketch and Dreamweaver.
• A basic understanding of coding as well as interaction design
• An eye for typography and general knowledge of typographic principles
• Great digital multitasking skills - no day will be the same!
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and a willingness to share ideas and make them grow with the team
• An aim for pixel perfect output
• An open mind for new challenges and learnings. You are hungry to learn and likes to bring new ideas to the table
• Fluency in English
