We are excited to offer the position as our Group TP & Customs Lead to a passionate team player in our disruptive global finance team. You will shape this role within a flexible and dynamic working environment where every day is a different game. Being an enthusiast in your field of expertise, you will ensure daily compliance and proactively contribute to the challenges of a young and rapidly growing company in the area of inter-company transactions and services, transfer pricing activities and global customs issues. Together with our new Group Tax Lead, you will build up the new team that defines how we are doing global taxes, inter-company businesses, transfer pricing and customs and you will have the chance to personally grow with the role.

Your mission:
  • Become a highly visible and collaborative growth enabler within On by analyzing and shaping On’s inter-company processes and transfer pricing matters following international supply chain transactions in close cooperation with other global functions (supply chain, legal, IT, etc.) and by directing and developing strategies to minimize global tax, customs and trade risks
  • Identify and implement tax efficient remunerations for inter-company services
  • Optimize customs-related impacts of setting and adjusting transfer prices
  • Define, implement and maintain relevant transfer pricing policies and documentation
  • Implement internal control and compliance processes to optimize flow of goods and diminish unnecessary costs and penalties
  • Contribute to build and grow On’s center of excellence for taxes and customs to become a strong global functional lead
  • Challenge current processes and technologies used to generate continuous improvements and automation opportunities
  • Contribute to daily business and projects within the finance team, e.g. new market entries

  • Great passion, strong educational background and several years of experience in economics, business administration, finance, law or equivalent with special focus on customs or tax
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership in both daily compliance and project related tasks
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes and to dig into technical details and translate complex technical issues to non-experts
  • High affinity for processes and IT systems, including the ability to dig deep into the numbers
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Fluency in English
