Sales Representative North (UK)

Description

We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative (North UK) to an entrepreneurial new member of On’s Uk and Ireland team. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. 

• Being responsible for all sales activites in the Northern part of England and in Scotland, including product training, events and identification of new business opportunities
• Organize and execute all sell-in meetings throughout the year
• Active relationship management with partners
• Administration / Data management in CRM system
• Close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Department

• A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged
• Proven work experience of minimum 2 years in sales, ideally in sporting goods or outdoor industry
• A passion for bringing sales intiatives to life in order to reach overall sales target
• Self-driven approach to organize the operational relationship management with our partner, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation & trainings, events
• Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail partners, media, and marketing partners.
• Ability to excite our partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is a must.
