Talent (HR) Operations & PM Lead

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to shape On’s talent initiatives and processes through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering our people agenda.

• Lead a team of Talent Operations Specialist/s
• Manage all Talent systems (for example Namely, Greenhouse, L&D platform) and the link to any company wide system
• Oversee the execution of payroll in several countries and work on new global solutions to provide a best-in-class process
• Lead and manage Talent projects in different areas (e.g. compensation, benefit strategy, performance reviews etc.)
• Build high quality HR operations support (ie. On / Offboarding etc) and continuously improve our processes 
• Set-up and oversee company car policy
• Support the operational setup of new offices in close collaboration with the Talent Business Partners and Legal
• Set-up of international mobility strategy and handling of special cases

• 5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast paced environment such as FinTech or Start-up’s in general
• Strong project management skills and ability to connect people together towards one mission
• Ability to understand, analyze and work with numbers
• A team player with an entrepreneur mind-set that thrives when being challenged
• A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
