HR Payroll / Operations Specialist

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s talent processes through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes.

• Maintain all Talent systems (for example Namely, Greenhouse, L&D platform)
• Handle payroll process on a global basis by collaborating and coordinating with our external payroll partners
• Manage company cars and policy
• Provide high quality HR admin support (ie. On / Offboarding etc) and work on continuously improving our processes 
• Assist the Talent Business Partner team with any payroll related process, administrative execution, and also general HR topics
• Act as interface between HR and Finance
• Assist with our international mobility strategy and special cases

• 3+ years of experience in HR Services, HR Operations or Generalist role in an international, fast paced environment such as FinTech or Start-up’s in general
• Strong process and execution skills 
• Enthusiasm about identifying opportunities to optimize administrative processes and make them come to live
• A team player with an entrepreneur mind-set that thrives when being challenged
• A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
• Your passionate about delivering the best service to customers internally as well as externally
• Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
