Description

We are excited to open the position of Technical Representative in our US team within in the Denver, Co area. The position will be based out of Denver and it’s essential to reside within 45 minutes of the city. This position will require travel 60% of the time to Colorado and Utah as well as Kansas.


Key responsibilities include:


Work with local sales reps to deliver excellent retailer support including:


  • Conduct product clinics detailing technical features of On shoes
  • Check inventory and facilitate fill in orders
  • Support store events with product demos and giveaways
  • Setup and work local expos with retailers
  • Setup in-store merchandising
  • Aid in staffing of corporate events
  • Build relationships with new stores 
  • Be the eyes and the ears of the company, providing insight to the On team and local Sales Reps 
  • Engage local community to create buzz around On brand
  • Manage schedule and administrative functions with little to no assistance 

Besides being excited to be part of the team that is putting the fun into the run for millions of people, we hope you’ll also bring:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Kinesiology, Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Sales or tech rep experience is a plus.
  • 1-2 years work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Great communicator and people person
  • Experience in the run specialty or outdoor retail industries, 
  • Comfort and ease with presenting to retailers, customers, and industry professionals
  • Dynamic personality who enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis
  • Passion and experience in running and outdoor pursuits
  • General knowledge of human physiology as it applies to running
  • Personal experience with On shoes
  • Must have valid driver's license
