The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Trade Marketing Producer to join our growing marketing team in Portland, OR. With 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and marketing, you will work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, Designers and Field Sales Team to execute trade marketing initiatives with On’s retail partners. Projects will range from in-store shop-in-shops, merchandising, digital marketing asset support, and more.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owns the setup of in-store displays and fixtures with retailers across the US and Canada
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and installers to ensure premium execution of On branded POS displays
  • Works closely with design team to concept custom and standard windows, walls and special store space designs in order to achieve sell-thru goals
  • Manages 50% of North American trade budget
  • Maintains excellent relationships with On’s retailers to secure more space in-store to elevate the fastest growing brand in run specialty
  • Other duties as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Communications or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing, agency or retail setting
  • You are a master project manager with excellent organizational skills
  • You have a knack for design and understand the importance of upholding a brand down to the very last detail
  • Ability to stay current on new footwear and apparel trends
  • Experience with customer success software; preferably Salesforce
  • Result-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a quickly changing and high-growth environment
  • You are comfortable with marketing admin tasks
  • Positive problem-solver with a creative mindset who is willing to achieve goals as a team
  • Ability to travel 20%-30%
