Your role

• You are responsible for supervising and organizing a specific national market
• You will be in charge of deep penetration of a particular national business, mastering this country's media landscape and our position within it
• You develop business plans, meet planned goals, and coordinate with our client services department on project fulfillment.
• There will be a strong peer collaboration across different teams and departments
• You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your territory by tracking sales goals, meeting  individual account targets, and facilitate the ongoing development of client relationships at the most integrated partnership level possible
• You are an excellent communicator both internally and externally, a polished presenter and fluent in digital media trends.

Your profile

• Relevant work experience with a minimum of 7 years in media sales is a must have criteria
• You possess a deep knowledge of, and extensive contacts within the media industry
• Multi market expertise is a plus. 
• Excellent knowledge of one of these languages: Italian, French or Spanish and fluent in English
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record
• Salesforce fluency is a plus 
• You have gained experience in creative media conceptualisation
• Strong contractual and negotiation skills complete your profile
