OneTray, by leveraging a proprietary technology, designs and manufactures fully customizable, RFID-enabled, airport security trays based on both airports needs and brand partnerships. With sleek trays and secure technology, OneTray seeks to improve the passenger experience at security checkpoints across the globe. At the same time, OneTray has developed a new media platform at exclusive airports to reach millions of travelers in a unique and unconventional way.

Position description:

We are seeking talented and motivated people to join our team and help us grow the business globally. We are a young and ambitious team, formed by people with a strong entrepreneurial and global mindset, results-oriented and determined to make an impact in the travel industry.

The Sales and Marketing associate will be involved in a considerable number of activities aimed at the development of the business and will be supporting the team in the execution of the company’s strategic plan.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

• Develop market analysis to identify current and perspective clients’ needs for different geographies the company operates in; 
• Develop pricing models in order to create custom offers to clients; 
• Create original creative concepts in line with clients’ briefs or perspectives’ strategies/positioning; 
• Develop, analyze and share sales reports and sales tracking metrics 
• Create and edit content for prospective clients (reports, infographics, sales presentations/proposals, newsletters, flyers, etc.) with the support of the graphic designer; 
• Support the director in meetings with clients; 
• Participate and promote initiatives and events intended to generate brand awareness. 

Skills and qualification:

• At least 1,5 years of experience in consulting or sales or marketing functions;
  
• Business or Marketing academic background; 
• High motivation, absolute reliability; 
• Extroverted personality with great interpersonal skills; 
• Proactive attitude, problem-solver; 
• Autonomy in executing tasks accurately; 
• Willingness to learn, to think unconventional and out-of-the-box; 
• Good team player; 
• Passion for marketing & entrepreneurship 
• Ability to prioritize the work and perform even under pressure 
• Good knowledge of office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
