We are looking for a Community Manager with business-level German language skills to join our team in Berlin! If you love to build up strong online and offline communities (in this case within a fintech startup), this position suits you prefectly - it combines a great amount of learning with a lot of hands-on work in a wide variety of areas. We do consider recent graduates as well as professionals with a first work experience.



About your new role


  • Your main goal is to grow and manage the existing online and offline community

  • You will define & lead various initiatives and projects yourself reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer

  • You will get insights into the startup scene, learn more about fintech and discover which area is for you

Requirements:

What we expect from you


  • You are fluent in German and English. Italian, Spanish or French would be a plus.

  • You are excited to work in a fast growing company, are a fast learner, results-driven person and you are adaptable to working with new approaches

  • You have built and maintained successful communities before

  • You have a strong background in either Marketing, CRM or Strategy

  • You know the European fintech and startup landscape

  • You are good with data analytics - you can easily collect the right information and communicate the results in a simple manner to different audiences.

  • You have experience in managing projects - taking care of timelines, budgets, and reporting
