About your new role
Develop and execute advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Build landing pages and develop the new strategies and hack to optimise our performance spent
Run a wide range of display campaigns
Work closely with organic search and social media teams to leverage the synergies between the acquisition channels
What we expect from you
You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
- You should speak fluent English and German
You know Google Ads and Facebook Ads inside out
Ideally, you also have a strong knowledge of Bing, YouTube & LinkedIn ads
You have a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and optimizing them to achieve better ROI
You know how to create ads and landing pages that deliver great performance
You are always hungry for knowledge and closely follow the industry trends and best practices of performance marketing, CRO, and UX
You’re a growth hacker who has a ‘permanent beta’ mentality
