Customer Success is an essential part of the company's success journey, supporting our customers to enable the full potential of their HR teams. As the first point of contact in Customer Success, the Implementation Team supports our new customers in optimally setting up their account and provides them with the necessary know-how to successfully rollout Personio for their daily business.

As an Implementation Automation Specialist you will automate the work steps within the Implementation Team as well as the customer communication by rule-based IT-supported system processes.

• Full responsibility for process optimization within the Implementation Team, from conception through realization to success control
• Identification of work steps with a high automation potential and analysis of the qualitative and quantitative potential benefits
• Development and realization of solution concepts for the expansion of our low-touch implementation strategies
• Continuous exchange with all relevant contact persons (including Implementation Manager, Team Lead, Product Manager, System Integrations) and the entire management of automation activities
• Supplying test scenarios and support of test activities
• Selection and implementation of tools to increase the efficiency of the Implementation Team
• Creation of process documentation and reporting of analysis results

• You successfully completed your studies of business administration/economics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualificationYou bring experience in project management as well as strong analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
• You have a high affinity for data-driven and IT-supported processes with immediate economic relevance, ideally combined with experience in topics such as CRM, digital marketing, data management or similar
• You have a strategic mindset and a strong ability to executeKnowledge or experience in operating databases, cloud technologies, CRM tools or reporting tools
• You work independently, reliably and are experienced in coordinating project teams
• You are a strong communicator with very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English skills and are confident in cross-departmental cooperation
