The Role:

Together as a team we want to actively drive the growth of Personio by generating leads. You are a fit for our team if you are ready to take the challenges and problems of our target group and transform them creatively and data-driven into marketing measures. Be ready to take new paths and risks, learn from mistakes and break the rules with us.Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Creating English content (blog posts, whitepapers, thougt-leadership articles) for personio.com with our personas, their buyer’s journey and conversion targets in mind
Creating weekly English newsletter and owning the newsletter progress
Developing our content strategy (goals, channels, tonality, personas,...)
Becoming an expert for the challenges of your readers and building a network of other experts
Analyzing and optimizing existing content
Working data-driven, learning which content works well and adjusting accordingly

What you need to succeed:

You have at least 2 years of experience writing short copy (headlines, teasers, etc.) and long copy (blog posts, articles, white papers, etc.)
As an experienced content marketeer you are used to writing conversion-oriented content for your target audience
You know how to structure complex matter and summarize it in simple words
You like to get in touch with people to learn more about the HR space
Your written English is at native speaker level
You have basic knowledge in SEO and Google Analytics
