The Role:

As BI, Finance & Legal Team we enable the fast but sustainable growth of Personio and ensure financial health and legal stability. We are an interdisciplinary team consisting of Office Management, Finance, Legal and Business Intelligence. Automation, scaling and further development of new and existing controlling instruments and processes
Further development, analysis and visualization of the entire reporting landscape
Implementation of a group reporting and consolidation structure
Support with forecasts, budgeting and annual planning
Implementation of ad hoc reports for the management and the senior management team in cooperation with the Business Intelligence/ Data Team
Carrying out internal company billing (“Transfer Pricing”)
Support in the preparation of decision proposals for strategic decision making

What you need to succeed:

At least 5 years of work experience mainly in financial controlling combined with BI, auditing, corporate finance, and/or transactional services experience
Experience working in international & fast-growing SaaS, Tech, banking, transactional services or consulting firms
Solid experience in driving budget processes independently, setting-up controlling processes from scratch and transfer pricing for several (international) entities
Strong IT affinity and excellent skills in Excel, ideally also Google sheets
Experience with planning, reporting, and accounting tools as well as with common CRM and subscription management tools
Business fluent in English and good level of German. Spanish is definitely a plus
