The Payroll Operations team enables our customers to implement efficient payroll processes and to pay their employees on-time. As part of the Payroll Operations team, you contribute significantly to the further development and long-term success of our new payroll product.

As Tax Advisor (m/f/d) in the Payroll Operations Team, you manage the definition and implementation of internal processes and quality assurance measures to ensure a compliant payroll cycle for our customers. You are the expert for all social insurance and payroll-relevant tax topics and share the knowledge within our Customer Success teams. You enable our Payroll Operations team to support our customers and provide guidance for the further development of the Personio Payroll product with your expertise.

• You are the legal specialist for all payroll topics for our Payroll Operations team
• You communicate and coordinate legal topics to our product team and thus make a decisive contribution to the further development of our software
• You are involved in concepting and designing the compliance measures and processes that we use to ensure a high quality in our payroll
• You create training content focused on social insurance and income tax law to train our customers and the Payroll Operations team
• You continuously drive the development of our internal knowledge base and help center

• After successfully completing your tax advisor exam, you have gained several years of professional experience in the areas of income tax and social security law as well as payroll accounting
• You have the technical and processual knowledge that is necessary for consulting our Personio Payroll customers on payroll relevant inquiriesIdeally, you have already gained experience within the implementation of payroll and accounting systems
• Your good communication and team skills as well as your confident appearance combined with your independent, committed and precise way of working distinguish you
• You speak excellent German and are firm in communicating in English
