At Personio you will have a direct impact on our product, our users, our organization, and our engineering practices. 

As a Working Student you will contribute to improving and reinforcing our software internationalization process and toolset. We need your support to make sure that the Personio user interface is consistent with our tone of voice and microcopy guidelines. In this role, you will be working directly with software engineers and UX writers to create a tool that would help other teams to seamlessly incorporate microcopy in multiple languages

Your tasks and responsibilities in a nutshell

• Direct contribution to Personio codebase as part of a product team

• Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical improvements within your area of responsibility in the team

• Participating in cross-team engineering initiatives as individual contributor

• You are at least at the end of your Bachelor studies in the area of computer sciences, informatics, mathematics, or a comparable field of study

• You have a status as full-time student for the entire duration of the working student activity

• Experience in contributing code to a software solution and in writing code in JavaScript

• Teamplayer. You are passionate about working with talented and inspiring people. Your heart beats for receiving and giving feedback, to grow both personally and as an engineer
• You are business-fluent in English (Level C1/C2)
