Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to come work on a fast growing team.If you are a passionate media professional who thrives on providing superior customer service. You love teamwork and have a knack for persuasion. You are detail focused and an excellent communicator - both written and verbal. You have a strong understanding of digital and traditional media and love to push the boundaries to test and learn the new and different - this is the opportunity for you!

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day client engagement, and account management
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement full cycle media plans and lead client presentations
  • Develop and maintain client and agency partner relationships
  • Ensure financial reporting and forecasts are issued accurately and on time
  • Monitor status and manage project to ensure on time completion
  • Assist with and oversee all media administrative duties including campaign set-up and maintenance, and issue accurate client financial reports ie BCRs, with a high degree of accuracy

  • External            Client (pre & post buy presentations), Media Sales reps

Required Skills, Experience and Education

  • Minimum of Associate Degree in Media, Bachelor’s degree a plus/preferred
  • Track record of success throughout post-secondary career and previous employment
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience
  • Media systems’ proficiency
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical & math proficiency skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
